What To Expect When You Live In A Row House
Row houses, a term interchangeable with Townhomes, are simply put as houses with shared walls, a common façade, and are built in a row. RNDSQR row houses may come with a shared courtyard, but the rest is all private living including fenced outdoor living space, rooftop patios, and private garages. With only 1-2 shared walls and nobody above or below you, row houses are a great way to maximize your footprint while still keeping the feeling of a single family home!
