CY33 Welcomes: Sean Hope Ross
CY33 is excited to welcome Sean Hope Ross to the RNDSQR Fam! Sean specializes in personal training and coaching for elite athletes and is currently working as the strength coach for the Calgary Hitmen and the Calgary Rouchnecks. We sat down with him to discuss his upcoming private training facility coming to Marda Loop!
Tell us a bit about your business and what you do?
We are a Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training company that specializes in training athletes as well as the general public. I have been the Strength Coach for the Western Hockey League’s Calgary Hitmen the past 18 years, and I am also the Strength Coach of the National Lacrosse League’s Calgary Roughnecks.
Did you always know you wanted to be involved in strength coaching and personal training?
When I realized that I wasn’t going to have a professional career as an athlete I knew that this was the industry that I wanted to be in. My passion is in pushing my clients to get results quickly, and ones that they didn’t believe were possible.
What excites you the most about Marda Loop and CY33?
I love the energy in Marda Loop and that the area offers basically all things to all people. It is exciting that our training studio will be in the heart of Marda Loop right on the strip. RNDSQR is known for their unique structure and design and we can’t wait to see the finished product. The location is going to be great for our business, but it’s the new building and the people in Marda Loop that have us most excited!
Are you accepting new clients? Will the residents at CY33 be able to join your training studio?
We are always accepting new clients if it works with our scheduling and if there are available training spots. It is a great set up for the residents at CY33 to be able to train in the building where they live, so we will try to accommodate as many residents as possible. It is a private training studio with personal sessions, so there is no membership off or drop ins.
