What is the difference between the VIP launch and the public launch?
Members of the VIP list will have access to reserve a unit one week before it becomes publicly available. The VIP reservation launch is April 15, and the public launch is on April 21.
When will the pricing be available?
Pricing will be available on April 15 for VIP list members and April 21 for the public.
What does the unit pricing include?
All unit pricing includes water, and the majority of units include one underground parking stall.
Is the building pet-friendly? Is there a pet fee?
Our building is pet friendly; however, we only allow pets in 50% of the units, so it's first-come, first-serve. We do this so that we can adequately care for the property. To have a pet at CY33, you will need to pay a one-time fee of $300.00 CAD.
How do I prep for launch?
We suggest going through the units on rndsqr.ca/cy33 and reviewing the plans. From there, we recommend creating a shortlist of 3-5 units, so you are prepared for the launch.
How does the VIP reservation launch work?
After registering to the VIP email list, you will receive an email at 9:00 am MST on April 15, 2021. The email will contain a link to an e-commerce site where you can reserve a unit by paying a refundable $300 reservation deposit.
What happens after I reserve?
Our team members will reach out via email within 3-5 business days to process the rest of your application and/or set up a viewing.
What does the reservation mean?
A reservation means that you have put the unit on hold and intend to rent it by going through the rental application process.
