A note from our Co-Founder, Alkarim:

"Yesterday was a big win for the RNDSQR team and city building in Calgary. The Bridgeland CA, lead by Ali Mcmillian, took a less than safe remnant and turned it into a fantastic park with students from the Langevin school in Bridgeland. The park was funded by the city and executed by the parks foundation. Taking an old road right away from the city and creating a building that will activate this park is super exciting for us. We are honoured to have this opportunity and be apart of what was amazing work from volunteers and people who love this city. The journey started for us almost 18 months ago but even longer for so many more. We can't wait to see it all come together."

Flyover Block is a six-storey mixed-use building that combines market-affordable apartment living with Main Street-oriented retail and a local brewery/roastery experience - aimed at activating both Edmonton Trail and the newly emerging Flyover Park. The development vision proposes ±65 micro dwelling units and ±3,444 sq. ft. of commercial space for local businesses.
