As markets shift, we see public preference moving from home ownership to rentals. The RNDSQR LIFE residential rental model offers low financial barriers and commitments while integrating access to amenities within the surrounding urban community. With a focus on creative and consciously designed suites, RNDSQR LIFE tenants have modern living options that will include short term, long term, furnished and unfurnished units. Access to goods and services from partnered local businesses are also included in a tenant’s rent through a highly tailored subscription-based platform. Ultimately, our new neighbourhood-focused lifestyle concept benefits everyone and is built on community experiences. RNDSQR LIFE has been created in response to the shift towards more flexible rental living – the missing middle that many markets need.
The RNDSQR LIFE project site is situated among an eclectic and evolving built form context, made up of a mix of single detached homes, duplexes, townhomes and numerous multi-residential developments of various vintages. RNDSQR LIFE is envisioned as a 16m, slope-adaptive multi-residential building that will feature 83 rental units, 55 underground parking stalls, and integrated bike and car-share facilities for residents. RNDSQR LIFE has been designed to focus on fostering an inner-city urban culture, embracing all of the great amenities and destinations in the surrounding area.
