Meet Nithin, our amazing project coordinator who has been working very closely with the project team to bring CY33 to life!
As Project Coordinator for CY33, what has been the most enjoyable part of working on this project?
This is one of the most challenging and unique projects I have been working on. It provided me continuous learning opportunities and created a wonderful environment amidst the pandemic. Also, I really enjoyed working with the project team who are focused and fun to be around.
What was the most difficult part of bringing CY33 to life and how have you overcome it?
The most difficult part of bringing CY33 to life was getting the cladding installed, which is the main exterior aesthetic of the CY33 building. Initially dealing with how we get this cladding installed on a residential building and with some supply chain issues due to COVID.

What is your favourite feature of the courtyard space at CY33?
The skip corridor and colourful flex room doors!
What do you believe makes CY33 a unique building to Marda-loop?
The open space courtyard on the 2nd floor of the building which is accessible for the public! Also, the uniquely designed main entrance stairs leading to this space.
How does the main floor, consisting of both retail and courtyard space, add to the community?
The retail spaces consist of a brunch restaurant, pizza shop, brewery, gym and spa - you have everything you need at your footsteps and don’t need to travel for most of your daily needs.

What part of the condo designs do you think new tenants will enjoy most?
Each unit in the building is unique and tenants may like the flex room doors painted which different colours. They may also like watching open courtyard space which has a beautiful landscape design.
What are you most proud of in working on CY33?
I am proud of being a part of this project team in getting this complicated but amazing design into reality.
